fire creek police are charging and richard thomas a 16 year-old who says it was a prank that he didn't mean it to happen. the sasha fleischman believes richard thomas should not be charged as an adult or tried as an adult as they are suggesting but instead as a juvenile. they're not really thinking of richard thomas at this time. they're just happy that such is returning to school three that we are waiting. the teenagers are rival as well as friends. we will get reaction once that happens. everyone is out here for it will try to get a live interview with such a fleischmann. very triumphant three little over a month ago such a flight to return to school.

said walker was a passenger in the car when the two drove away from a fund raiser in a 2005 red porsche carrera g.t.. back here in the bay area, more than 500 people turned out for a ""car meet"" in milpitas to celebrate paul walker's life. hundreds of cars passed through a parking lot off barber lane, honking their horns, paying their respects last night. some people lit candles and placed them on the street. the organizer of the event says it was put together last minute through facebook.

neighborhood. the deputy told investigators he believed the airsoft b-b gun lopez was carrying was an assault rifle. a team of firefighters is being called heros this morning for saving the life of an oakland toddler that nearly drowned in a vallejo creek over the weekend. the boy from oakland was visiting his great grandmother who took the child fishing at blue rock springs creek off fairgrounds drive in vallejo on saturday afternoon. police say the boy fell into the water and got stuck in a drainage tunnel. before his great grandmother and a good samaratan jumped in to try and save him. veteran fire fighter dyhanne strohmeyer and her crew arrived within minutes and she immediately got into the water, searching for him. the boy wasn't showing any signs of life until he arrived at the hospital. eventually, his heart started beating again and his pulse returned. he's currently in critical condition at kaiser hospital in oakland. still ahead on the kron four morning news. a new report shows whether or not americans are "trusting" of each other. we'll have the findings coming up. plus, shoppers hit the malls and stores over the long holiday weekend. find out how much they emptied out their wallets. and cold weather moving in to the bay area this week. live look outside at the bay bridge approach.

the east of a teenager who was left on fire while he was sleeping on the back of a bus returns to school this morning. will tran has been alive at maybeck high- school all morning. >>: i will tell you what once sasha arrives. him and his mother better have a note to because school has already started and the teenager will be laid. the principal says he is happy of the teenager is coming back. obviously lot of surgery is third degree burns. but fortunately sasha returned home last week. it appears the teenager is ready to head back to

school. sasha was sleeping on an ac transit bus back on november 4th when a 16 year-old boy in richard thomas said sasha on fire. prosecutors would like to try richard thomas as an adult but sasha and the entire family believed richard thomas should be tried as a juvenile just because they believe thomas did not realize the serious ramifications of setting a somewhat on fire. we are awaiting arrival. in the meantime we spoke with the director trevor cali talking about the arrival of sasha fleischmann. among the most important thing is we want to give/of the space to give back into the academic groups. we know that sasha is an excellent student but i'm sure this will be an adjustment for them coming back into maybeck. sasha spectacular academic

sonoma county supervisors a team of firefighters is being called heros this morning for saving the life of an oakland toddler that nearly drowned in a vallejo creek over the weekend. the boy from oakland was visiting his great grandmother who took the child fishing at blue rock springs creek off fairgrounds drive in vallejo on saturday afternoon. police say the boy fell into the water and got stuck in a drainage tunnel. before his great grandmother and a good samaratan jumped in to try and save him. veteran fire fighter dyhanne strohmeyer and her crew arrived within minutes and she immediately got into the water, searching for him. the boy wasn't showing any signs of life until he arrived at the hospital.
